This workshop is SGS-certified, ensuring manufacturing conditions meet international standards of quality and integrity. Additionally, our jewellery complies with European regulations (EU EN-1811 and EN-12472) on nickel, lead, and cadmium content, offering you safe and reliable quality for everyday wear.
How are your jewellery pieces shipped?
Each order is carefully prepared and packaged in our workshop in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Your jewellery is beautifully presented in an elegant box, accompanied by a velvet pouch and a cleaning cloth, and shipped promptly to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
How do I care for my jewellery to keep it looking its best?
To keep your Sterling Silver 925 jewellery looking its best, follow these simple care tips:
- Regular Cleaning: Gently polish your jewellery with a soft, lint-free cloth to remove any surface dirt or smudges. Avoid using paper towels as they can scratch the silver.
- Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Keep your jewellery away from harsh chemicals such as chlorine, detergents, and perfumes to prevent damage.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We are pleased to provide complimentary shipping as a courtesy to you.
We are currently on a holiday break. Your orders will be shipped from 9th January and will arrive within 1 to 2 business days 🇨ðŸ‡.
Do you offer international shipping?
We primarily ship to Switzerland, France and the UK - however, we are happy to accommodate international orders as well.
